Welcome to 123 IDCPADI COURSE DIRECTORI am Rod Bateman an independent PADI Course Director working for several Dive Centres in the UK and abroad, including Thailand, Spain, Egypt, Florida and Vietnam. 123 IDC was formed in 2006 specifically for Instructor training. I am a “hands on” Instructor Trainer and still teach all PADI courses from Discover Scuba Diving all the way up to Staff Instructor. I still regularly work as a centre manager, dive guide and I am also a qualified commercial boat handler with a licence for up 350 passengers. Based in London, 123 IDC at first supplied independent Instructor training services to local dive shops. Now the demand for my IDC’s has risen sharply through word of mouth and personal recommendation which now accounts for 95% of my business. I am willing to travel and can assist in upgrading and improving your dive centre to 5 Star IDC Status. I have a very enviable 100% pass rate for all the PADI IDC’s I have run. |
